A. Kelly Neal, Esq. is an experienced attorney and dedicated advocate for students and families navigating the education and juvenile justice systems. As a parent of children with learning disabilities, Ms. Neal brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work, representing students in education-related matters and guiding parents in understanding and asserting their rights.

Nearly two decades ago, her professional focus expanded into education law following her son’s diagnosis of autism and her daughter’s diagnosis of dyslexia.
